i had a loong night and i'm so tired after trick or treaty! i will write a BIG post tomorrow about my weekend and all about haloween!

BANANA OR PEACH FOR HALLOWEEN??

this week was just an awesome week! i always felt great and had good times.

for example today, after school katie, julie, devin, josh and i drove to a pumking store because katie and julie wanted to carve a pumking. it was alot of fun, there was also a cornfield where you had to go in and find the way out. i was so scarred because those who know one tree hill there's a chase ( vervolgungsjagd) scene whith jamie and his babysitter. it probably sounds wierd for those who don't know this scene.. :)

sooo very very soon it is halloween!! and of course i'm going to do trick or treaty! ( dress up as something and go knock on the neighbourhoods door) .some say i'm too old to do this but i don't care! it's gonna be my first and last one so i reaaly have to do it. my plans are to dress up as a banana. i don't know why . maybe because i just like bananas. :) and lucky as i am, i have the banana dress from devin!!

today was also a footballgame and i don't even have to tell you. because you know it allready, they loost again! horrible. i'm getting so use to it! so josh, a guy who is going to school with me, asked if i wana be his peach from mario you know mario in the gameboy games. and i thought that would be also veery cool. almost better than my wierd banana dress. :) so tomorrow we would go together on a halloween party but i don't know if my dad let me go there. i wish i can go!! that would be also my first and last halloween party. 

good times good times!!! so i'm excited for the weekend.. i'm gonna skype with my lovely family back in switzerland. and on sunday i'll go to fort bragg again!!!! that's soo cool! because devin needs to take his senior pictures and he wants to do it on the ocean. so i'm gonna go with him.. yaay!

hawaii is getting real!!!

chris is already checking flights to hawaii so it's getting quit real! o my godness it's more than awesome!


the cross country meet today was on a golf corse.^^ so it was not a very long track (2.6 miles) and i made the 6th place from 25 girls..

discovery of the day: i found out, that i can post a blog with my cellphone. so i can write you guys something when i'm on the road. uuuuh that's hecka great!!! :)

today was chris his birthday.. i set my armal clock a little bit earlier so i could wish him a haappy happy birthday. because normally i'm still sleeping when he leaves the house.


i really need to tell you about our civics/economics teacher.. he's like a teacher who is not very sure what he needs to teach the students. it's kinda funny. . when we come in to the class room there's always jazz music and then we need to wait like 10 min until he's ready and starts the class and then he just talks about things he's gonna do with us . and he talks about things who are not about civics or economics. finally the last 10 minutes we gonna watch a movie. the recent one was about memorials from famous people. ( which is also not very much about civics and economics)


sentences of the day he said: ( he talked about a quiz which he's gonna hand out) "not next week, i'm cool next week"


because of chris his birtday we went to "angel's" a mexican restaurant. it was pretty good!! 


tomorrows cross country meet is in middletown. ( it's 30 minutes away from us) . it's the town were michelle, my hostmother works.

fort bragg!!

i had a real great weekend!! fort bragg was just amazing. it was the first time for me on the pacific and i loved it. oceans are great! :)

today, ( sunday) i did some cookies, 3 bags full!!! chris wanted me to do it because we always eat so much cookies so it's better and cheaper when we make it on our own.. after i put the cookies into the oven i went jogging. i felt so much better after running.. i really had to go out and be on my own ..

my sister just called me on skype. :) she's getting ready for school and while i'm going to bed. wierd..

did you see my counter??? i'm here for exactly 2 months!! amazing how the time goes..

DAY OF FOOD!

today when i stood up, i really thought it's gonna be a normal day. but it wasn't...


it started with some cereals in the morning and a cup of coffee then courtney and i drove to school and i had my first class. then i already felt that somethings wrong.. i was soo homesick. i never had it so strong. so i decided to eat a some cookies and a banana to make me feel a little bit better. i just sat in the classes and watched the teacher. i couldn't speack. so between brake and lunch i eat the half of my sandwich.. i just ate out of depresion. at lunch I took a salad out of the caffeteria and a banananuts cake. plus the rest of the sandwich. :) 


after school was finish courtney and karina came to pick me up to go to studebackers. probably one of the best caffeterias in the world. NO JOKE they make the beest caramel macchiatos ever! and then we drove to nora's home because today was her mothers birthday. i was already full but on birthdays theres always lots of food so i had to eat a Cheescake. ( the time right now was like 3 o'clock) 


on 3. 30 i had to go back to school for cross country practise.. but when i got there, they said we don't gonna run because we watch a movie .. and the food was not missing! our dear good coatch brang 7 pizzas with him and some other stuff. and i was like oooh my gosh!! more food in the middle of the afternoon??


ok so friendly as i am, i took 2 little pieces of pizza when Liz, the other girl in the cross country meet gave a muffin to me. she wanted to try me this muffin because she made it in cooking class. that was more than too much for me.. i really don't eat so much during the day. but i really i think food helps you out to forget the homsickness. whats, of course not very good for your body!! but since i'm running almost everyday it is okay.

to finish my weird day i decided to take a bath.. i just tried to relax and not to freek out because of my homesickness. then i went to bed and for you information: i had no dinner!  i really couldn't eat anymore..

yesterday i had a good day. crazy how fast my feelings can change.. :(

i really have very nice people around me and i also have a good time . but there are those days when i just miss my family. and that was one of these days.

crazy like hungry animals!!

the st. helena meet was again awesome!! that was one of my favourite tracks i've ever run! it was very hard but good.. :) i made the 8th place out of 37 girls.. and the awesomnest thing, is that i got a ribbon!

everytime after a meeting, our cross country team goes out to eat pizza.. it is always such a craazy thing when i go with them. and today was one of these days i went with them to eat pizza. usually our car drives directly back home but this time chris didn't drive so i had to go.. and it was alot of fun but crazy i had to record for you guys what i mean for crazy.. like real crazy. crazy like hungry animals. it is too late to wait until the movies is uploaded. i just gonna upload the movie during the night and i'll post it for you on the morning..

ah and by the way: i'm thinking about doing the san francisco marathon!! isn't it that awsome?! it's 26 miles so 42 kilometers.. or i could also just do the halfmarathon..:) but i think that would be a great thing to train for.. because then i have something i can look forward to it and have something i can hold on. our caoutch came out with this idea, that we could go together as a team . 

i know my father would be very proud of me. :)) but still it is a huge race and i really need to be prepared for such a long distance.

disneyland or hawaii? screw micky mouse!!!!

what a question i knoooow!!! it is soo cool.. we might go to hawaii for spring brakes! :) first , chris  planned to go to disneyland , but as we compared the prices it is almost the same price for to go to hawaii! that would be so awesome! :) but never trust in it.. it could change..
like today as i went to the musician room to pick up my keybord.. the lady just said "i¨m sorry every keybord is broken.. " i was shocked.. i was so excited to play the piano!! this lady made me maaad. JK
chris is no looking for an other solution. he might know someone who has a keybord .


i learned something very stupid today: when the partents sign a paper which says that teachers can hit his son or daughter. it is legal for teacher to punish/ batter this student.


what can i say.. ah tomorrow i'll have a cross country meet in st. helena! st. helena is so beautiful.. it is a little town where just rich people live. it's because of the vine and everything. funniest thing is that we're gonna run around a airport/ airfield.. 


so wish me good luck that no plane's gonna hit me tomorrow!

along time ago, actually exactly two months ago, i was in new york. it was like a starter to my exchangeyear..  there i found a one dollar bill, it is not a normal bill. it is a bill from the united states currency tracking project. :) sounds pretty awesome i know.. so in this project, they mark some dollars with  a red stamp which says: " see where I¨ve been. Track where I go next on www.WheresGeorge.com"


and me the hero found a bill with this amazing stamp on it. so i kinda forgot to go on this page until NOW i tracked where George is. And i found out that George ( the bill)'s last owner was Laury, a women from maryland nottingham . :$

besides of thinking where george is going.. i also go to school. school is really like everyday. promis, i will tell you when something is different. but since now. everyday is the same. uuuh i'm such a liar. i  forgot that today was different, courtney was sick. so we she wasn't here in english class. 

i'm veeery excited for this coming weekend!! the footballgame is gonna be at the ocean. in fort bragg. and everybodys says that it is soo nice over there! we actually gonna stay one night in a hotel and then spend saturday also there. 

so i'm still alive, as you see. since now, no one climbed throw my window.. ! good news, good news. 

sometimes i miss my family.! there just too important to me! but what can i do!

i'm scared!!!!

this evening, as i was in my room . i looked out of the window and saw a flashlight lighten to the neighbourds house .first i thought it is a thief but when i turned my light off, i saw that it was a police man checking a window.. i was soo confused what was going on.
after a while the policeman came to our house and wanted to know if i heard something in the night. ( my room is very close to the neighbours house window.. > where the thief went in)
äääähhh the people who know me, know that i am a veeery fearful person. i am soo freeking scared write now! because i always had my windows open during the night.. and only the thought about, that a thief was climbing throw a window next to our house is terrible..


but chris said the dogs are a god protector.. they will always bark when someone's coming...


soo the good old nights with a open window are ending right now..

today was another cross country meet and it was in Willits.. that's one hour away from us. and made it again into the newspaper!! :) i'm on 6th place from 31 girls..

when chris and i came home, michelle was finish with the dinner and she made some delicous spaghettis.   i enjoyed it so much because i was staarving. i am always so hungry after running . so when i finished dinner i skyped with my lovely friend samira. she's also an exchangestudent in texas and we know each other since kindergarden.. it was awesome to tell all the little storys and how everything's going.

tomorrow i will not go to the cross country practise because i need to go fit my cheerleading dress. i can borrow the old one from connie so it's gonna be not so expensive to buy everything new.

i saved a dogs life!!!

as i was running my practising track i heard a women shout at me. she was asking if i saw a little puppy dog. and i said "no ma'am i'm very sorry.. i'll watch when i'm running"


aand uuh lisa the hero found her little puppy in a front yard from a house. that was my adventure of the day.


another good thing that happened today, was that i went to the music room in school: i really miss to play the piano so i asked the music teacher if i could come to the music room and play a little bit after school. and then she said that this is very complicated because i can't be alone in this room and so one. anyway she told me that they have so many keybords that i can borrow one for this year!! isn't this awesome.!! i am so luckely!


with good things i'm gonna end this day.. i like good days. :)

i made it into the team!!

my weekend was incredible fun! it was a bit exhausting but that's fine.. as i told you, i had cheerleading try outs. at both days.. so on saturday they showed us a dance and two cheers and then we also had to learn a jump. it was quit difficult. and then on sunday at 2 o'clock were the official try outs. there were 5 judges and you had to stand in front of them and show what you can . haha and i tried my best and did what courtney, my sister (she is the captain from the cheerleaders) told me: "smile the whole time, hold every muscle from your whole body, when you mess up in the dance just dance something, NEVER stopp dancing when you make a fault."

i wished i could record my try out. it was so funny.! courtney was also a judge and i had to verklemme my laugh soo hard because she laught the whole time and i needed to be serious.

so today was the day where we found out if we made it into the team or not.. !! aannd guess what i did it!!!! i am so excited about it.!

uuuh excited for cheerleading try out!!

today's an important day!! from 1 till 5 o'clock i need to go to the gym and learn a cheerdance. there they look if i am good enough for cheerleading.. i'm a bit nervous but i think it's gonna be fine. :))


it's a busy day because after cheerleading try out i need to hurry and go to the "Lake County Land and Tust Dinner" there i need to serve . . how exciting is that. i make it for free, it's called Community Service Hours.  i thought it's good that i do something .. otherwise i just be at home and be borred. so i am very looking forward for this. mabe i'll do it more..

wuuh i'm the team captain!

as every wednesday we had a cross country meeting.. it was again in highland springs. ( the very first meeting was also there) the weather wasn't very good, it rained and it was freeezing. it's getting colder and colder every day. not good.


anyway the track was just on the street and it was only 2.7 miles. the other track would be too schlammig because of the rain.. aand it was awesome!! i came in 5th from 24 girls.. so i was again in the newspaper today.


i am now also the captain from our suuper girlsteam (we're 3 girls). the sad part is that we aren't a girls team. we should be 5 girls to be a full team and to get points on every meet..

i did my senior pictures!

last weekend i had my photoshoot for the senior pics. it was alot of fun.. we went to lakeport which is next to kelseyville. she took me downtown to a bed & breakfast garden. it was very nice there! i like the style and everything. i think when my swiss parents will come to pick me up in kelseyville they can stay in this bed and breakfast. it could be a little bit expensive but nevermind. :)

last week two guys came to school and showed us things we can buy for graduation. it is amazing!! of course theres the hat ant he overall we need to take. but you can also buy a blanket with your graduation year on it, a flag, jewlery included a chain for the mother and the name on it aand so one.

a big thing is also when you create your own ring. it is a graduation ring with your name on it, your school and then also something personal like the sport you practising.. 

i don't know but it looks a bit kiitschig. ;)

i am so tired rite now. and i also miss you all very much... sometimes i wish you where here with me . i really have an awesome time but i still miss my family and friends. they are just too important for me.
