i've cleaned up and i had such a great day again! :)  

we went to the sportsmeeting, where every summersport athletics meet. there, they called the best players out .. and also those who had a 3.5 in school and higher ( in our country, this is like a 5.5) aaannd you can't believe but i have a 3.83 so they called me out too.! it is about beeing an athletics and still be good in school .. it's called      " interscholastic athletics". uuh so schulterklopf number one :)

 and then i got also the price for the most valuable player from our team! isn't it that awesome?! schulerklopf number two!

if you never saw the movie "the notebook" before a just say WATCH IT!! omg i can't believe i never saw it. until today .. i'm sooo glad courtney proposed me to watch it.. it was just a wonderful movie and i had to cry like a little baby:) 

i love this beatiful weather, all the leafs are falling. specially today because it was so windy!

it's the probably the weather which makes my mood so good! :) so far, i have i great week..

and what defenitly made my day is that i'm nominated for the most valuable player in cross country! so that means tomorrow chris and i are gonna go the gym and there will be the other athletics like footballplayer, volleyballgirls, soccer girls and boys... and there we probably gonna get smth. ya we'll see.. 

today i had to wear my red zweisimmen jacket for school :) and i did some commercial. haha i got some funny questions like " are you working for the red cross?" ^^  they were confused because of our switzerland WHITE cross that was on my jacket. 

Great start after thanksgiving break!

i had a suprising great day. it was like a birhtday again! on cheer practice our couch tiffany brang me and the other girl from the cheer squat who had also birthday, 6 baloons and cookies and cupcakes for the whole group. everybody sang for us and we had to stand in the middle of the circle. ^^

AND i recieved a packet from my dear family. aah i was so happy about it! :) they sent my a big red sweatherjacket with ZWEISIMMEN on it, my home town. :) and very cute purple earrings. . of course many other little things . THANKS MAMA&ADI

my 17th birthday in america!

my 17 birthday was just awesome.. we went to six flags a big amusement park, which is ca. 2 hours away from us. i invited my friends katie, julia and devin to come with us.


we had alot of fun! and it was a perfect day to go there because it was black friday, a day where everybody goes shopping bc of the sales. yeah so good for us !! we went on soo many rides that i still felt it in my bed when i closed my eyes. :)


and you can't believe what i got for my birhtday! an i-pod touch!! i'm sooso in love with it :) thanks chris, michelle, connie and courtney! :) today chris made my favourite dish..mmh it was delicous. he made bami goreng! and for the desert i got a german choclate cake from my dear sister courtney.. :)

so i had a very nice break and i'm kinda excited to go to school. see my friends and be busy! and for the weekend it will be saaan fraancisco again! yay!


today i rearranged my room.. i like it much better now.

i had a day at home with listening to good music and just chilling like a villin' ( courntey's words.)
and tonight i'm gonna go to julias house.. :)

san francisco!

the days are lazy now, we have one week off! but last weekend we went to san francisco. the rain just don't wanted to stop but the rest was just amazing. we went to see cirque du soleil. a kind of circus with a spectacular show. we saw alot of things but i definitely have to go back there.. and it will be in two weeks!! :) but anyway, on sonday kathy, the sister of my hostdad took us down to the pier 39. there are lots of little shops and also a "rest place" for sea lions..

from this place we also saw the the golden gate bridge and the famous prison alcatraz!

another exciting thing was the cable cars! back in the 1870 they used horses to transportate people but after a horse accident Mr. Hallidie had inspiration for a calbe railway.

san francisco is also famous for their victorian houses. they where built in the gold rush but sadly the half of the victorian houses are broke after the earthquake and the fire in 1906. on the right you can see some.

and as we where walking we also met the campers from the occupy wall street. 

i really had a great weekend!

and i'm looking forward to go again.. and what's also very exciting..! my birthday's coming up!! uuhh

We're in san francisco right now and in a view minutes the cirque du soleil's gonna start! It's aamazing! We're all having a great time! :)
